Located right in the heart of Ubud, Awan Bali House made exploration quite easy. I loved the clean and spacious Deluxe Room. It felt like an oasis, with beautiful surroundings and a small but refreshing pool. Breakfast each morning included fresh fruit and a choice of eggs, which was a treat. The welcoming staff greeted me with a drink on arrival, and their support during my stay felt genuine. However, I did face a small hiccup with the reception. When I asked for dining recommendations or local attractions, the answers seemed vague and unhelpful. Also, I noticed stains on the bedsheets, which was a bit off-putting. Overall, this place hits the mark for a value stay with charming details, but a little more attention to cleanliness and guest inquiries would enhance the experience further.

Unfortunately, the pool area was not used during my stay and appeared neglected with green algae. Additionally, the beds were uncomfortably hard, making it difficult to sleep. The incessant barking of nearby dogs at night added to the discomfort, impacting the tranquility I hoped to find there.

The location is perfect for exploring local attractions, but the shower water pressure could use improvement.

The moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with a friendly smile and a refreshing drink, immediately making me feel at home. The setting is picturesque, with lush surroundings where I enjoyed relaxing by the serene pool. Having a breakfast made to order at my convenience was a delight, and the staff's eagerness to assist made my stay even more enjoyable.

I had a delightful stay—the room was impressively clean, and the pool area made for a perfect relaxation spot. However, our room was missing soap at first, which was an inconvenience. I'd definitely go back!

I tell ya, that spot was hidden right in the thick of Ubud! Room was clean and cozy, and the staff was just lovely, always smilin’ and ready to help. Walkin’ down the street, I could find good eats and shops lickety-split. The gardens and pool looked mighty fine too, like a postcard. Just a real nice stay.
